You said "Sedate the patient and palpate the abdomen with the patient relaxed."

Nope.   You already evaluated the abdomen during your physical exam... (you didn't overlook that, did you!?)  There is absolutely no evidence that this patience has any history of or evidence for an abdominal difficulty.
